American Hotel & Lodging Association Releases New Guide for Advanced Hotel Staff Safety Devices

American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) have unveiled an updated buyer’s guide and comparison matrix to support hoteliers in selecting advanced personal safety devices for hotel staff.

Originally released in 2019, the Staff Alert Device Buyer’s Guide was designed to help hoteliers adopt technology that ensures staff safety. The latest update, developed by HTNG’s Staff Alert Technology Workgroup, includes details on various personal safety devices with advanced features like:

HTNG’s Staff Alert Workgroup, consisting of over 90 members from global hospitality and tech firms, maintains this guide to assist hoteliers in assessing staff-alert solutions suited to their unique needs.
